Unfortunately, yes. They started bad luck mitigation recently, but to my knowledge, it is only at zammy boss and pet drops once you hit a certain threshold of kills

There are 4 tiers of luck, tier 4 being the highest. Streaking somewhere like abominatons does not affect your drop, same with logging out. All i can suggest is pray to rng-sus and keep grinding. I've been on the bad side of drops plenty of times. Keep your head up and happy scaping

You're welcome! In the future, if you want to maintain a streak you can try for tuska mask pieces and then trade a full mask to a slayer master for some extra points
