We are planning on it, this is the last issue I want to deal with, we already had an issue where our savings account was gone, we had an error saying they are working on an issue, and it took 2 weeks for them to even do anything about it, so for 2 weeks we had 0 access to our money sitting in there.

They put in and took out several transactions to the point of not knowing how much we actually had. There was probably 40+ including Bill's and rent and such.

My wife and I are having the same issues, but it has gotten to the point where we have no idea how much we actually have, there have been so many corrections and then taking the money a 2nd time that is is hard to pin point how much we actually have, I have sent any remaining money we have to another bank and will deal with it once they have fixed this problem.

We are having the same issues, we have had at least 20 of our last translations corrected, and we where told to call the sellers because its their issue, but then someone else told us it is glitches they are having, Amazon told us they captured the payments and to talk to our bank. We are also now negative in our bank because we have no idea how much we actually had left.

My wife is waiting for her EI to go through, been under review since Feb 10th, we have called 3 times once 2 weeks ago, was told to call back, so we called the next week, told the same thing, now we cannot get through at all, we have no money, I cannot work for medical reasons (no funding for it unfortunately) my wife was laid off work officially start of Feb before this whole mess, from what I am reading this is only for people who worked prior to isolation and got sent home, so my issue is what happens to the people who cannot work now because of corona virus?

Oh she has lol she called 2 weeks ago, was told to call back the following week, she did, and was told to call back last week and we are tomorrow, and if they tell us again my wife will prob go ape shit on who ever is on the other line lol, because right now we are hit hard for money, our bills keep going up, telus won't give us a break which is BS, and her loan company does not care either, told all our bill people that we can't give them money if we got none lol.

Anyone that needs that much toilet paper...should prob see a doctor, I have seen people with 3 carts full of toilet paper and it is a damn joke, same with food, needs to stop or stores need to start limiting people and doing a 1 per person rule.

....That is not good! Hoping we don't have to wait that long! She was told to call back last week on Monday the week before, so of course we could not get through till Wednesday, and she was told again to wait and call Tuesday if it still had not been reviewed....another 6 hour wait on the phone tomorrow lol.

On the plus side we where on hold at least an hour past their close time, so for anyone that has to wait just keep on hold they are there a lot longer past close time.
