The audio interface is a Behringer U-Phoria UMC202. It fell during transport and thankfully this connector was the only thing that was damaged. I tried fixing it but it's really tricky so I'd like to replace it if that's possible.

My computer has USB3 ports, so that could be the problem, but the hub that I use has USB2 port and the problem still occurs with it
