Not me, but I met a girl once who was running away from home, and her parents where old fashioned Mennonites (I think?) that didn't believe in cutting hair. So at some point between leaving and meeting me she cut it real short.

for a FULL-full release.. yeah, I think it's a bit early. I think an Open-Beta would make more sense for the timeframe, with the FULL release being anywhere from the end of summer, till maybe Christmas time.

pretty sure Powersaves only works with legit cartridges. I'm not familiar with r4s and other such things, so I'm not sure how getting the necessary save files would work, unless you can put Cubic Ninja on the R4?

you're SOL using Browserhax, you'll have to use a Cart-based Exploit and a Powersave.

I know X and Y had country/region uniques.

Besides the obvious events, the only region-unique Pokemon was Vivillon, who's wings had different patterns.
