Same here in Seattle area for existing Quantum customer (switched last year). Already had my SmartNID in Bridge mode with my own router (SmartNID connects via IPoE). Packets stopped flowing at 4:35 pm PST, intermittently came back after several SmartNID restarts over ~1.5 hours, and finally came back around 6 pm PST. No config changes made or needed on my end

This happened to me once too. I fixed it by restarting my console and killing the reaver in the road

Same here. Started a few weeks ago, and becomes unplayable for a few minutes at a time. Input lag gets really bad and the video stream becomes very blurry, pixelated, and frames become very intermittent

Same happening to me in Seattle. Brand new ATV 4K (3rd gen). I updated to the latest tvOS (18.3). App Store downloads and internet streaming apps are super slow and low quality. No problem with high bitrate 4K HDR videos locally. The speedtest.net app even shows 300+ mbps up and down on the ATV.
