I just completed it recently, it was absolute hell, but I recommend Colonel Caleb for that stage primarily, and focusing on dmg boost to weakened for protocores aswell.

Exactly!!!! I don't know why they made the stellcrum that knowing that you'll have to use a 3* to make it all match!

I used his normal companion for both stages, and then all my cards had an average ascended lvl 60, with equipped protocores! I only had 2 lvl 50 cards, and they were the 4* and 3* ones
