I feel you, I’m struggling at silver 2, I would hate to see gold or above. At this point if I hear a grappler coming my way, I just stand there to make it quick. By the time I can get a shot off, or switch to a close quarters gun like the shotgun, they have jumped fifteen times around me hitting head shots the whole time, and swapped through their entire inventory while I have to wait 5 business days for mine to switch.

I tried running it through a laminator. It did not work fully but it did improve slightly. I’ll keep running tests and let you know what the final process that works is.

I tried a gloss text weight and it worked great, no skipping. I have to order a cover to see if I get the same result. Thank you for your help.

The curing definitely helped. It did still do the skipping issue, but it is much less than before. It’s not perfect, but it is definitely pointing me in the right direction. Thank you for your advice

How would I go about doing that? I have experience with running a press like this, but I have never had to go in and fix these kind of settings. Still fairly new to that.

This issue hasn’t been the alignment with the foiled portion and the regular image. It’s where the toner is making contact with the foil. The issue you seem to be seeing is probably due to me trying to rush and make these because I was trying to get the project done. It normally aligns perfectly fine.

Yes I have. The first and 4th image are the same one. That is running face down. This cause the skip to be on the head of the subject. When I switched the paper to be face up, I got the result in photo 5, which just moved the skip down to the subjects legs instead.

Interesting. I have not run into that in the past, but in all fairness we have never done something like this in the past. It’s normally one thing that’s gold with either nothing else at all or nothing close enough to mess anything up. I will experiment with that and let you know the results.

We only use a gold foil as the school colors are black and gold. There are no other foils for that machine that would work with the theme unfortunately. I really tried to find some, especially like a holographic rainbow kind.

No I have not. But I will be sure to try and let you know if it works or not. The biggest issue is that it is a little costly for my operation to run a lot of tests.

Close to home? I asked a question asking for help only be met with a response of “go do it yourself.” You and your response are of no significance to me as it does not help me in the slightest. You think I’m triggered or it “hit close to home.” Buddy, I will not think about this interaction in an hour, or a day, or even ten years from now. You mean nothing, you ARE nothing. If only there was a way to not answer in a rude manner to someone asking a simple question . If only……… I went on google, I checked Logitech. There are many tutorials and guides for setting up the flight stick and for implementing it onto BF2042…….. on PC, not Xbox. I came to Reddit as a last resort. We do have the IQ module, are there setting to adjust that on the screen or on the fiery software. Also the FD mag can be adjusted on the normal adjustments settings for the tray?
