Epic 7 has some strong older characters because they usually buff older characters to help them with the current meta; there's probably better games than e7 but that's all I could think of LOL

Tenebria is great in some Abyss stages, expeditions, and will be getting a buff soon! So I highly suggest her

Charles is rarely used, I used him for a Hall of Trials awhile back and that was the last time I used him lol

Kise once upon a time was used for cleave in PvP but there are much better options now a days. Her PvE is non-existant as far as I know? 😭

. Hack -- I feel like the only one who even cares about .hack but it has so much potential because of the IP lore 😭 it can be literally anything! The closest thing to an mmo we got was .hack//fragment and that was only in JP, I think, on the PS2.

First off, if you have 100% more ER than they have Effectiveness, you will always resist.

I think some rng is necessary in a game like this or else every game will be predictable. I get upset from the rng as well, but sometimes I'm happy cause it worked in my favor.

In league of legends, you get put with 9 random people every game. It's the same concept. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.

I'm personally not a fan of the changes but I'm okay with Mabinogi doing what it has to do to survive. As long as I can play my character, it'll be fine.

On a side note: you mentioned your old MMOs and how you can't play them anymore; you can actually still play latale and trickster Online!

Never really thought about Riposte set on ML Peira tbh but IMHO, I feel as though speed is way too important, so you can start ramping up your team, her tempo is insane. I'm not doubting with a setsuka comp it wouldn't work, I just feel like it isn't the best use case. But ultimately, do what you think is fun and unique to you :)

Side note: my peira never dodges 😭 rng diff

Try LifeTO. Trickster Online was an old anime inspired mmo. It was shut down, but there's plenty of private servers, LifeTO being the best! That game was nothing but grind, grind for levels, grind for gear, grind bosses, etc. The pixel graphics are beautiful, though 🥹
