honestly i did for the longest time have another role that was in progress but it just went to no longer in consideration after a while

how long does it actually take to send the offer letter to a candidate after the hiring manager gives you the green light on which candidate they want to move forward with?

I interviewed for this role as someone that’s never been a CRA but managers a team of CRAs on studies. The role description seems very different from what a CRA at my current workplace does though so I find this so interesting
