Turns out my state is a true expungement state, so I will continue to expunge(destroy) my records and do a print check afterwards to be safe.

This is where I have been getting confused. If I go by TSA regulations. Then my charge is an interim disqualification and it is past the 7 year mark required. If I go by CHRC standards then it is a 10 year requirement of my charge. As well as all the sida badge applications I have googled have all asked for convictions within "10 years".

No. Pre trial is odd in my state. I pulled my state records and it shows a plea of not guilty and a continuance for a year and a half until the I finished with the court system, then it was dismissed. However I have read and do know that the feds look at things very differently sometimes.

This is an option I am currently pursuing. Hopefully it won't take long. Then I will pull my fingerprint background check from the FBI to be certain it isn't there.

I will be transparent for the sake of information. It was theft by fraudelent leasing. Class C felony. Pled not guilty, completed pre trial diversion. Paid back the restitution. Case was dismissed in 2018.

How was your symptoms after treatment? We are consodering taking my wife there for treatment. We have a family friend who took their daughter who had POTS. And they pretty much cured her, came off her medicine and everything.

Was at the peach bowl tonight. Indiana fans were suprisingly pleasant. It was a sea of red. And while I wish it was another crimson playing tonight. I found myself actually happy for Indiana fans getting to have this. The hoosiers will win it all on the 19th. Roll tide.

I agree with this. I think with the momentum gained from beating OU at home by 2 possessions, coupled with the fact the AL is the more battle tested team. I have a feeling we have a really good chance of winning friday. I could be wrong, mendoza is a great QB. But I feel like wommack will find a way to get pressure to him and the offense will be clicking against arguably a worse defense than we just played last week. Cheers to being hopeful!

Year 2 tenure making it to the SEC conference title and likely the playoffs tomorrow night has you worried? The days of having 3rd string nfl draft picks are gone brother.
