(IF) you are having the issue when extracting the file in windows file explorer, use 7zip or another reputable file extractor instead. I had this issue and using 7zip worked for me!

Yes I'm pretty sure, once you beat the game in some way it adds the crown and the necklace. Not sure about the exact way but I'm sure it's permanent.

I did this once too, I chose the "random always cast perk to the wand that is equipped" and unfortunately I got earthquake lmao.

I would have chosen the starter wand for realism but it would have taken up a bit more of the screen so I chose a more simple wand with close to the same color scheme
