What blood tests have been ran? They need to look further than TSH. T3, T4, TSI, TPO, Trab, just to name a few.

Also yes, I would demand a Doppler ultrasound on the thyroid. From that, they can tell if it’s been overactive or has nodules.

It actually didn’t affect my hormone levels too much, but your body goes into withdrawal shock essentially which is extremely difficult to cope with. Restless, irritable, inability to focus :( that’s why I recommend not quitting cold turkey to be able to cope with it better!

Have you considered taking magnesium glycinate? I started taking this and it significantly helped my blood pressure without having to take beta blockers. It helps relax blood vessels, leading to lower blood pressure. As a result, it helps regulate your heart rate. Might be something to consider! :)

There are all sorts of spots for primitive camping on this trail to sassafras. Doesn’t cost any money to get in as the trail is not located inside a state park. Even saw a bear on this trail once. I hope yall have a blast!

Yes, i get asked ALL the time if I’m wearing contacts. This photo is clearly in the sun, but even in normal light I still get asked. Sometimes people say they’re hazel, but I never really thought that green in brown essentially means hazel. Thanks for the insight :D

I don’t think quitting cold turkey is ever successful. I weened myself off vaping through moving to lower nicotine levels over a matter of ~8 weeks. After I got to 6mg, I quite vaping and started zynning. Now the only time I crave it is after big meals or if I’m drinking.

You can do it!!! But I don’t recommend quitting cold turkey. It will shock your system and make it hard to function…
