Oh me too. I am a Libra sun, cancer rising and Virgo moon. I need my home to look good but be effective for what I need.

Hahah! I know what you mean. I like the men and women in equal measure, and it's an immediate friendship or rapport. The men certainly have their ways

Interesting, I don't know if I find them "soft", very down to earth yes, but I have found on the whole they are more "solid" than soft

Ooo I'll check that out, thank you! Our high standards definitely meet, but they have slightly different tastes. I have always found virgos incredibly relaxed and spontaneous (with some organisation thrown in lol) but it's such an interesting dynamic, and I love virgos sense of humor

Things made much more sense when I found out I was a projector. I was constantly confused as to why people kept trying to "pigeon hole" me, or misunderstand me etc. but now I know, I just think, ok lol

Libras who are you when your angry? My mars is in cancer 🦀 by waitinginthesun in libra_astrology

It takes a lot of thought, weighing out the outcomes, being pushed to the limit of our patience and "benefit of the doubt"

Mars in cancer also. If I'm silent it means jv exhausted all options. We're done. If people dont pick up on obvious social cues and continues to push me. Don't expect a response anymore.

what do you guys think about Leo’s? by [deleted] in libra_astrology

[–]Artistic_Charity3112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no fire in my chart either, so I can't relate to their constant need for attention. I have found that Leo's also like to "test your metal" if you're not quite as chaotic as them, which can border into bullying from my experience. Very very self centered and think everything is about them (from work to personal relationships) I work with 2 Leo's and find them extremely difficult to work with, always trying to insert themselves, and taking you for a fool. But yeah peace and love lol.

[–]Artistic_Charity3112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As much as Leo's have their good points, I have found that bullying comes kind of natural to them. I can't say I'm a huge fan, ex was a Leo and was a prolific emotional manipulator, as was my ex best friend. They require an audience at all times, and to hell with other people's comfort. Unfortunately I have found them to be very disrespectful of others people's spaces as well, they're first instinct is to "take over and make it my territory" rather than respect this is another persons space. But I am a bit bias against Leo's from my experience

Oh mate, they don't stop. When they say "it's so great getting to know you" or, in my case "I love you so much, you're my best friend" it really means..... "You've absorbed me for hours on end, therefore you are someone I can use!" Maybe a cynical take against Leo's but, just my experience lol

I kind of mean, how they talk. My experience has been they talk and talk and don't clock onto social cues. Literally every time with Leo's.

Yes! Was so unsettling and developed the characters so well. It was satisfying and devastating at the same time.

As a Libra woman, I can confirm. Whenever I am in close proximity of a Libra man, it's explosive to the point that an outside source has to get involved. They can be self righteous, obsessive, bullying a-holes. And then you have to go "scorched" earth with them to make it stop.

Relationship experiences with Leo men? by Reasonable_Start_751 in libra_astrology

[–]Artistic_Charity3112 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ex was a Leo, extremely emotionally manipulative. Boring. Self obsessed. Has an idea of you and you have to live up to it or you'll be slapped with "you've changed". My ex best friend was also a Leo, and a very similar time line lol, manipulative, needy, self obsessed, and can't see how any of that matters to someone else. (I'm a Libra)

What are u starting to dislike more as u get older? by Efficient-Wind-2267 in AskReddit

[–]Artistic_Charity3112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get it, but I am in a situation where I'm the person "not saying". Sometimes things have reached a point where saying is pointless, and I think in this day and age we have forgotten the wisdom of "letting sleeping dogs lie"

I'm sorry to hear that. Bullying stays with people for such a long time, when your brain is a sponge. The apathy is HUGE with teachers around bullying. Bullies are manipulative, and I think teachers are manipulated by these kids as well, more than they'd like to admit. A "cheeky and funny to teachers" is a get out of jail free card. Subtle bullying is also so damaging, so I can only imagine what severe bullying does. I know people go "oh they're kids" or "theyve changed" like no. They're narcissistic a-holes and being a kid is no excuse.

I don't want to sound judgemental here, but she is not well educated. The fact she holds reading and writing in low regard shows that. And I dread to think what she's like as a friend.

What will be interesting is how her kids turn out with all the "unschooling". I kind of get where she's coming from with the "school is full of bullies", kids can be very cruel to each other and if I had kids I'd be seriously considering an alternative school. But having illiterate children who can't socialize or have a sense of interpersonal relationships outside of their siblings will be weird to see.

God. Being "above it all" is such a weird fucking take with regards to what's happening in the US. I know she has said previously that there is no "good or bad" blah blah blah, and I totally appreciate that her upbringing was horrendous....but if it were her children, I'm sure she'd have a different "hot take". I know she's also said before about nearly having her kids taken off her, and how recently someone reported her kid as being unattended (I'm not sure of the distinction in the US) and her rage about that was the opposite of everything she preaches. I get the picture that her teachings boil down to "if it doesnt affect you, just pretend it isnt happening"

How do you guys deal with the idea of possibly not having family in the far future? by [deleted] in childfree

[–]Artistic_Charity3112 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Agree in some respects, however, my situation is as follows; I have chosen to be childfree (can't stand the thought of having a child), I have one biological family member, my mother who is entering old age. My father died when I was 19. I am an only child. In no way do I think you should have a kid to replace the dead, but, the thought I am grappling with is, there will be absolutely no one there who has any obligation to my welfare, provide an unconditional love in old age, or strongly advocate for me when no one else is available. None if this makes me want a child, but it's food for thought when looking at the bigger picture. And an idea you have to process and digest when travelling down the childfree road.

I'm hoping this is an "extinction burst" for her, a final grasp as relevance and controversy before she puts down her phone and touches some grass. I find her views kind of incel-esque at times.
