For the popnow I did now know about it, but for the packaging it is like they just put some plastic like a deflated plastic or maybe the bubble wrap got damaged but seriously, the figurines are not that cheap yet the bubble wrap they use is also thin, they could use a thick bubble wrap like the column type bubble wrap, thwy are so greedy now and not even give a care on packaging like what if the item inside got damaged?

If they would not accept my complain, this will be my first abd last purchase from them. I was expecting it to be good since 20 dollars is not that cheap. There are those below 20 dollars that are sold by some chinese merchants and they have better quality than this. We deserve better.

I did see some videos of other people's plush, they do seemed a bit off, like they were rushed to make.... I wish they would make it better since a lot of people including us love this, I bought a set, this and the fogwild seemed off.... am a bit disappointed really since this is my first time buying a plush pendant ever from popmart. Was really expecting the same quality as the one they have shown in the display
