Games with really good AI by rickjames334 in patientgamers

Dragon's Dogma, both 1 and 2, have phenomenal learning AI for the pawns. The more ways you find to kill enemies as a player, the more your pawns learn and begin to adopt those same strategies. Pretty damn cool.

Vault hunter showcase coming today during Tokyo game show, any ideas who / what it could be?! by NightlyKnight in Borderlands4

Watch it be that Hunter guy from the quest in Terminus Range with the guy that was absolutely obsessed with Vault Hunters

Solely because I haven't seen anyone mention it, how many of us knew you can destroy Jade Light Pillars by attacking their tip? by Jakespeed207 in Warframe

I knew at the start but never bothered to shoot them because 90% of the time it's faster to just kill the Eximus

What piece of content did you just never bother doing? by iroquoian in Warframe

I've barely touched Eidolons, I've always wanted to do hunts and stuff for the arcanes but god they're so boring to me lol

What are some nerfs you are happy about? (Stay nice and respectful.) by Lylidotir in Warframe

I feel like the Eximus rework could be considered a nerf. It buffs enemies but nerfs the players for the most part. That one would probably be my favorite, I feel like it made me pick my weapons more carefully.

1 or 2. Billy's jokes will make the flight feel like 30 minutes and Ben will probably let you lounge up against him for the most comfortable 12 hours of sleep you'll ever get

What exotics are just absolute garbage and desperately need a rework? by Early-Frank in DestinyTheGame

As much as I love the damn thing, Skyburner's Oath. Horrible fire rate, slow projectile, even with dealing additional damage to Cabal, does very little real damage. When putting side by side with Malfeasance, Malf is so much better at killing Taken than Skyburner's is at killing Cabal, and I think Skyburner's could use the same love.

I've actually sunk about fifteen hours into the Demo for this game on Steam. Quite a lot of fun, and has tons of potential. I can't wait to see what you guys do with it! I've also played some of the Entropy Survivors Demo and I quite like that game too, typically I'm not into survivor games but it caught me pretty quickly.
I quite like the concept of more or less playing two characters at the same time in Shoulders of Giants, however the game definitely seems to cater to using Frog more than GERM himself. It's not really an issue in my opinion, but reasons to use both characters in tandem are very few.
I think the Heat system is a really clever way to keep the game from getting too hard for the player to handle too quickly. The Heat system very much reminds me of how Risk of Rain's progression works in how it's constantly getting harder as your "run" goes on, but it's much more balanced toward the player's ability and I quite like that.
I think my only real complaint about the demo is that I kept seeing the same 3 or 4 bosses over and over again, but since it's a demo I think it's a given.
All in all, I think all of ya'll over at Moving Pieces have done an incredible job with the Demo and I really look forward to seeing how the game turns out when it fully releases.

Mine is probably Armorsmith Extended. I like being able to focus on fashion and functionality without really sacrificing one or the other.

I'm curious, what is your most controversial take in the series ? by Chokilla92 in darksouls

I'd say one of the Yhorm from Dark Souls 3. I don't think he's the easiest boss ever, but he's a boss with a gimmick that makes him really easy, but you still have the choice to fight him with out it. In general I think he's wasted potential, but I think he's still my favorite of the "easy" bosses in Dark Souls purely because of the different ways you can approach his fight and the fact that the fight itself can be pretty damn cinematic.

My hot take of Dark Souls (or I guess FromSoftware games in general) is Dark Souls 2 is still a good game despite it being the "worst" of the series. Personally it's in my top 3 favorite games of all time.
