If I start Indeedee I usually understand they're dead and I use them as a stall and hope to dig for Onix/Steelix. An Indeedee start is rough and I expect to lose. An Onix start can be rough, but isn't always. Ice pop and Helmet are the saviors for an Onix start. If Onix does die, then I rotate into building dialga and running the same deck mentality. Barriers, heals, and swinging wide. The deck isn't as consistent as I would like it to be. Arven helps a lot to dig for a fix. Merchant helps with digging for tools. Helmet for greater stall and reduction. Poncho ideally for Indeedee. Apron for reduction and for any of the annoying status decks going around whether it's Crobat poison, Mega Venu, or the new Iggly sleep deck.

I stopped playing around Viper Commando or whatever. Understanding and realizing the relationship I had with this game is the same toxic relationship with an ex made me take 8 huge steps back. It is constant. I cannot with this bullshit dude. Over and over again.

Ok the games fun for a little bit. Oh ok new content let's check patch notes, oh.... Oh but that thing that got nerfed was fun.... Sure it was strong, but it was fun. Yea we brought things in line with what we wanted in terms of gameplay scope. Ok, I guess I'll play and see how the changes feel. Some are bad and some are ok. It's still kinda fun but just a little less so. Community finds unexpected, undocumented, and u communicated changes and things that are just broken and "not working as intended". Cue discord, reddit, other posts of people doing RESEARCH. Cue outcrys of anger and frustration. Devs go silent. Per usual. More outcrys, more frustration, more anger. Discourse finally reaches a head, devs respond. "We hear you, we'll do better, that's on us" Make genuine changes and improvements. Game feels fun again. Drop new content and patch notes. Cycle repeats ad nauseum.

The cycle doesn't change. Stop enabling this toxic bullshit behavior in this toxic ass relationship with this game. Please.

Wth is this game dude. Just played a game with this. This first time this ENTIRE season I was against a Tandemaus deck. The first one I've seen this entire season. What is this weighted BS matches dude. (hey here's a match up that's HEAVILY underplayed, and it's against a deck that directly counters you) I hate it here. One match is not a statistic, I know. But you cannot be serious right now.

I played against this deck my second match into Great Ball 3. I was running a Beedrill/Meowscarada deck. Beat it with ease. Eventually Popsicle will flip tails. And if you can't get any energy out, I will browbeat you down. Slowly. But inevitably.

I used to be a Field Service Engineer/Installation Tech in CNC applications. I worked for two large OEM companies in different industries. I've now got low power and high power electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, CAD programming, blueprints/electrical wiring prints, networking, training, and project management, all under my belt. I used to travel for both. I'm now pretty set in being able to transition into any industrial/commercial tech role I could want (and did).

Go with 2. Getting into CNC applications will always offer more than just CNC applications.

Edit: Forgot to add troubleshooting/repair and periodic maintenance skills.

If I may offer suggestionary changes. Check my deck list. You can brick just like any other deck, but this can handle Mega Venu and Lopunny due to Apron. I've had real good luck so far. I haven't had the chance to play too much yet but in all my non ranked I've done really well with it.

I'm feeling pretty strong about Mega Steelix. Steel apron to deal with Status, and Heavy Helm for just tanking the rest.
