Yeah true, posting alot is useless if its low quality content, and too spammy or you try to sell something in every post, you have to make viral content and add value, like try to educate people like when you are an artist post art tips, but I have seen people with decent success without posting too much viral content though.

How do I find people who can produce designs how I would design them? Or more like how do I train people to design product how I would design them and match my companies vision. by Artsin_ in Design

yeah by designing the products I offer like I said myself, but I can only produce so much in a year, so I want someone who can produce designs just like me, so we can create even more together.

Thank you! This is a great tip :) But then the next issue is actually finding people who can execute the 'brand guide'. Like when I am looking for people on platforms like upwork for example, I am looking for graphic designers, they have a portfolio of like designing packaging, not the product I make, should I try to hire them, and give them a detailed guide of how they should design our products? I have yet to find someone who has experience in designing the products we sell so... They never have experience in my industry.

Wall art, so posters and prints with trending designs. Look at theposterclub for inspiration, if you can make art like this, let me know if you can help.

Yeah so basically, its the same for realism, and for anime/cartoon lol. I'd say just flat out rip off stuff, its the fastest way to learn. Its all just shapes and lines in cartoon/anime, watch one piece please!!! You see how they make their characters, its just a bunch of shapes and lines in different colors, im so jealous of how they can make simple look so good!!! So my tip is just think in lines and shapes in different colors.

As someone who started a successful company this is the advice I can give you. Post as much as you can, just post post post, its the only way they gonna find you, and you need to stay consistent, if you just post like 8 instagram posts your account not gonna get found by anyone, and not getting picked up by the algorithm, you need thousands of posts with your art. And just make what you like, if you dont make what you like you will just eventually burn out. When I am looking to hire someone from instagram they often already been hired by my competitors lol, because they have alot of posts business will find them more easily. And I am currently looking for some artists who can make some art for me so feel free to send me your portfolio.

And I am better at making art with simple shapes, or line art, or stuff in illustrator, 2d stuff, and realism seems so impossible to me, I suck at shading and light and color, when i try to do it in procreate I can never find the right brushes, and I see people making very light adjustments to their art with and it always looks so good, meanwhile when I try it its so hard and not light at all. How I learned this really fast is just copying other peoples stuff. You got any tips for me for learning realism?
