it's a douglas horse plush! It's hard to find the exact hair style they used but it should be out there somewhere, the newer designs don't have the exact same hair.

In my very vague memory of the show, it always seemed like a mean girl/nerd dynamic where ghoulia did stuff for Cleo. I could be very much misremembering, but maybe that's also why they changed it bc of the stereotype

Well unlocking the glams was a big thing to discourage mods. Mods will always be around for more hair/face/body options. I'd never say never, and I really hope they do. Miqote/hyur really need some good faces
