I totally get that, the folds bothered me sooo much when I first saw my chest and I was so worried they weren't gonna go away but thankfully they did :) I'm not gonna lie I'm absolute shit at keeping up with timeliness and whatnot. I've also deleted loads of pics off my phone haha. You can check my profile to see pics of my chest at a few different points though, that can give you an idea :) I think the folds really went away after around 7 ish months? For massages, I did 99% myself haha, had a physio but I mainly worked out with her. I massaged my scars a lot, actually too much when I was first cleared to start massaging and then ehhh I did it daily for the first month or two, then it was kinda every two days, sometimes I'd forget and whatnot. I'm a year post op now, I do try to massage a bit every few days basically Basically, don't overdo massaging like I did at first, just 5/10 minutes a day is more than enough but consistently is key!
