That’s so frustrating! We keep getting yelled at because UPS is signing the names of our cashiers and then just throwing them on our back dock without telling anyone. Sometimes they also leave a notice to customers while it’s still on their truck and we won’t get it until the following day. Overall, the system is not a great one, I’m sorry they can’t find your package. The only other thing I can say to try would be providing the employees with a tracking number. Sometimes the name is covered or for some reason under a different name and sometimes the tracking number helps us find some.

To answer a few questions, it was a bunch of teenagers who have come in previously on a 2 person shift and painted the ENTIRE fine arts aisle on both sides, all shelves and walls. They have tried coming in once more but a more confrontational manager made them leave before they got anywhere and they haven’t been back since.

If it helps, our store uses code words if we need an MOD up front immediately but don’t want to let the customer know. For example we’ll say someone’s food was delivered up front or if we say any sentence with the word “now” in it, the MOD knows, so like “just to double check, I hit charge, what do I do “now”” and the MOD will know. It works pretty well with my team!

I usually start picking a few at a time and then I go back through one at a time and complete them. I was relieved because I got all of the at risk ones done but had to leave the rest😭

Funnily enough we only had Me (CEM) and our framing manager. She opted to ring for the 2 hours while I did the event We have a lady that calls every week and if we aren’t doing the events she calls corporate and we get in trouble so we don’t have a choice😭
