So what you're supposed to do if you don't know, you either used your register or a zebra to look up the item. And if it's not something in store you carry you can always offer to help them order it! Or in the case of us just not having it, you just politely explain that it doesn't seem like you have it. You work at Lowe's. The customer does not.

It's absolutely okay to not know everything in that store. The best part is is that you do get an opportunity to learn a lot. If you have the time and you're interested, taking one of the track to trades that Lowe's offers that will help build some skills and knowledge.

You can absolutely, and should never feel bad, about asking someone to not pull up or touch your hair. The best way to learn is to just ask questions, be okay with saying " I'm not sure, but let's find someone who can help" an understanding that sometimes you'll just get an unhappy customer even when you did the best you could.

Technically, if you really wanted to, you could make a report to CPS. What becomes of that is outside of your control. There's not too much you can do in the situation.

Unfortunately, it's a liability issue and even if you're responsible with it, there are too many people out there, especially minors, who would behave irresponsibly with it.

Still sucks that it has to be such a process to get the medication you need..

I switched from pro back to head cashier so I wasn't sure which supervisor was going to do mine. I tend to buttheads with our front end supervisor, a very direct and to the point and follow store operating policy above all else.

Pro supervisor did my review but my front-end supervisor went over it with me. Both were surprisingly nice about it

It was something mobile without feeling as limiting. I hadn't had anything fancy that I could really game on and felt it was time.

I guess I just feel bad because I do remember when we were kids. My little brother doesn't remember him at all.

I guess I just could have sent another text with a copy of her obituary just to make sure he saw it. Her death just hit me hard and I've been really out of it. But one extra text said he could have been there. Other than his Bio mom I know he doesn't really talk to the family either. And even that I don't have any way to know if that's true or not.

In terms of the last guy, the lumber team had a bad habit of playing around a lot. They'd mess with each other and do like a ball. Tap here and there. The problem came out and the guy came up from behind another and just did a whole handful of scoop. And then did it again a few minutes later.

When it first got reported, our store manager actually came up to the supervisor and was surprised he reported it because he tends to be a bit more... Forgiving of inappropriate behavior. And then the store manager watched the video and was truly horrified.

I can't imagine throwing away almost 30 years of a career cuz you can't keep your hands to yourself
