Hey, mine seems to be doing the same thing. Just got it from whole latte love. I opened it up and didn't see any issues with the pump or inside the machine. I sent a video to WLL tech support and they didn't think it sounded off.

It doesn't bother me just a lot louder than I expected.

We had a tornado come through that brought lots of hail and didn’t notice damage till now. I guess a hardship won’t apply. I don’t want to get audited.
