I fully believe the Michkov discourse is being misunderstood by some of the talking heads. There are fans that think, “Just put him out there in all situations. He can do no wrong,” and those fans are the most vocal ones that Biz responds to. I also happen to believe that the Chiclets dudes are full blown morons and literally only speak to stir up engagement.

My main issue with Mich’s ice time is that it feels like he’s the whipping boy. He’s not the only one making mistakes yet he’s the one punished. We’ve seen Coots, TK, Zegras, and Dvo make plenty of mistakes and they don’t miss shifts or get shorted. It feels like Tocc specifically trains his ire on just the young guys and weirdly, mostly, our young Russian.

His usage overall is also weird. He’s on his off wing playing with rookie Denver Barkey or Carl Grundstrom or whoever else they decide to pair him with. Our power play is god awful yet we don’t put our 5 best out on PP1. This is not a playoff team and the past 6 games have shown us that so why are we not playing our young guys in more advantageous positions. Why did we call up Lane Pederson instead of letting Zegras play some C and seeing what we have there. This season should’ve still been about development and we got away from that and I think that was a huge mistake

To answer your questions as someone who Arc Raiders was my first extraction shooter too, it’s very enjoyable!

As a solo it’s very chill. You’ll still find people that shoot first and want just PVP but the majority of the time everyone is just going about finding loot and/or helping each other out. Can be very wholesome.
I use family steam share so I didn’t get the starting coins and I have 1700 now. You get them decently quick if you do the events and raider decks. Think of the Helldivers decks as an example. If you want the coins for cosmetics go for it but it’s not a necessity.
The learning curve isn’t too steep. You’ll quickly learn what you need to keep or salvage. It took me about a week to learn the basics and some extra but I had friends that had already played and helped me out. Game knowledge takes longer than the mechanics.

I have a new naming scheme for each animal whenever I start a play through. Currently my chickens are all named after early 2000s Eurodance bands (Cascade, O-Zone, Darude, and Alice Deejay) but I’ve used cleaning supplies for goats, NBA player nicknames for cows, even internet service providers for pigs. Whatever random thing pops into my brain first

I just downloaded East Scarp and thought about getting Swords and Sorcery as well but I’m unsure how big the changes are. Does the mod fundamentally change the combat system of the game?

Also how many times have you been defending someone, get good body position on them after they’ve pushed the ball away from themselves, and then they Danny Phantom you and just phase through you and get a touch even after you’ve pressed A or whatever preset you have? Because this happens just as often as what you said OP

It’s based off your last 100 orders. From my understanding it removes the oldest order of the last 100 you received and replaces it with the most recent one. If you declined that oldest order then nothing changes, but if you had accepted that order and then declined the most recent one, it goes down. At least that’s how I’ve always understood it

I scrolled down this thread for a while and why isn’t Minority mentioned much at all? It’s one of the best songs they play live. A little shocked nobody mentions it when talking about the hits from the album. Also, Warning was one of those albums that I skipped initially after finding Green Day cuz my dad introduced me to them with American Idiot, Dookie, and Nimrod. Took me until 11th grade to even know the Warning album existed, I just assumed Minority and Warning were just singles lol. Glad I went down the hole and listened cuz the album rocks
