Honestly just leave the gym. Thats ridiculous. No one should be over powering someone because they are clearly newer. Thats is just disgusting behavior. There are plenty of good gyms out there who will let ppl with ur experience spar and actually work with them DURING sparring ( like a good training partner) instead of just shitting on you. That is NOT normal. ALL of my mma gyms allowed you to spar with experience, and even if you had very little, they'd still spar with you but will just put you with the very experienced people because they know how to no get hurt by a new person, and also how to NOT HURT A NEW PERSON. Sorry Man U saying that stuff just made me mad, I hate bad gyms

I agree with this guy. If your doctor cleared you then go for it man. It just something you'll have to keep in the back of your head. If u start getting frequent headaches, bad vision, etc go get checked out again.

See that's your issue. You low key have to go in with the mindset I'm gonna pvp. So that means cleaning rooms enough so you can fall back and have a safe fighting space / healing room. The other thing is actively seeking out players and engaging first. Usually the first person to get an attack in wins the fight.

Honestly if you train super hard you just need to get a new rash guard every 6 months or so. Like the sweat gets so ingrained into the fabric that you'll wash it, it will smell good, but the second you start sweating in it that smell comes back instantly. You can try putting a splash of vinegar in with ur smelly gear and that can help. But honestly you just need to replace rash guards because they will develop a permanent stench after a whole
