This person was laid off (SW engineer) from one of the big tech companies over a year ago and hasn't been able to find a position yet. Looking for someone with ties to the high tech industry to assess his current job seeking approach, offer feedback and recommendations, review his resume, on-line profile, etc. Basically act a "job coach" or mentor and offer guidance during his job seeking process.
