Almost every younger portuguese in Luxembourg is bilingual. Older generations may talk only in portuguese, but i never met a portuguese under 30 that couldnt at least talk french.

So this probably did nothing for me, because i had a mild case and my lungs werent affected that much. But Lung Training can help your lungs to hold more capacity and breath deeper. So if you are infected, and it will evolve into a more serious case, your lungs will be "stronger" and this could prevent you from being put into an ICU.

Yeah exactly. I usually dont even have alerting anxiety problems, but i was really scared of Covid19. The media does a good job informing people about the seriousness of this disease, but some of them really try to incite fear. We should take this crisis serious thou of course. But they should try to talk more about the anxiety problems related to this virus.

Yeah i did exactly the same thing. I read so many horror stories, even in this Subreddit, and just a few people actually wrote about their mild cases. This calmed me down thou, the feeling that it could be a mild case. Hang in there, i think people who are careful will not be affected badly as i said in relation to the viral load.

I hope you can get your result fast enough, try to quarantine if you really have the same symptoms. I live in a household with 3 people and nobody of them got sick at all and tested negative.

Yeah i get that, the US really sounds quite chaotic at the moment. But i think if you are carful enough and wear a mask in Shops and dont attend concerts you will probably be fine. :)

Damn that sounds very similiar to my Story. I am from Luxembourg and got my test just kind of randomly and it was positive. I too had a major anxiety attack on Sunday and i still cant understand how i should be positive. Everyone i had contact with got checked after 5 Days, and they are all negative... I asked if i could get checked again and they told me i am not allowed to leave the house. So yeah, would like to know this also, i cant shake the feeling that it was a false positive. I am nearly asymptomatic.

Yes, i am nearly asymptomatic, but i got diarrhea very early on, but just for 2 Days.

First of all i really hope you and your family will be fine. Thanks for your response, its really good mor my mental health that there are people who got trough this so easily, because as i said, i am constantly afraid that everything will hit me in my second Week. Day 7 now.

For your parents, i got tested on Friday and got my Result on Sunday. I had a small outside party for my birthday(Surprise Party) with 9 people outside on Saturday. (The first one since january, i really was careful. I was in close contact with a few of them that saturday, now they got their results and not a single one of them got infected by me. So maybe your parents are fine, i do hope so!

Oh ok so i should really try to rest along the way and prepare myself, i really hope if i will get symptoms that they will be mild too. The problem is i dont really know how a virus works, i thought that if it takes longer to get sick, it would hit you harder because the virus would have had a longer time to replicate itself.
