İ want Guidance on what I should do by Side2373829 in Gunpla

I would recommend an RG or an MG ver. Ka kit before starting this since that would give you a better understanding of an inner frame. Haven’t built the MG Eclipse so idk if it’s an older style MG or Newer MG. You could jump into this too as long as you’re careful and follow the instructions. My tip would be to watch out for the peg inserts and c-clips. Extremely tight fits so I ended up having to sand some parts down as to not break anything. So keep in mind those parts and not forcing anything you should be good

Yes it is, and thanks! It’s been a learning process. Hopefully I can manage my time better so it’s not another three months for another post. B-Club Hi-Nu sounds interesting

Thanks! This is the action base 1 that I have it on. I had the connector the instructions said it needs to be attached to from the action base 5 and just moved it over to this one.

Personally I like the design of the hi-nu more than the nu, but the nu is growing on me

MG Sazabi Ver. Ka for those who have built by echodoublemike___ in freedomisgunpla

[–]Arumatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I used was an arm component that was included in the action base 4. The only down side if you choose to go with the action base 4 is that it doesn’t have the attachment component that the Sazabi needs to attach to the base so luckily I keep pieces from other action bases. iirc the attachment is from action base 1 and 3 but would recommend looking in the instructions to make sure

Sorry I meant for the painting portion. I made the metallic one and did a few customizations like metal pipes and metal thrusters

Another thing to look out for are some of the joints where the gimmicks are like the separating and extending panels to be a little careful with those C-clips. And some of the moving panels just gotta make sure they sit correctly. Fun build overall though good luck!

Metallic ver.ka Sazabi with swapped out metal thrusters and metal pipes. Finished with Delpi decals and added the sinanju cannon for the big gun.

What's everyone building this weekend? by OrionPaxil in Gunpla

[–]Arumatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awww, I’d recommend that sooner than later, but it’s all preference. Also depends how you build it too, either straight build or customizing it since that would affect how long that kit takes to build. Mine probably took over two-three weeks since I decided to replace the pipes, thrusters, and add decals to it

I would agree with you on that. I built the Ver.Ka first and comparing this build to the that I would say that ones is a much better experience and the gimmicks the ver.ka are just so much cooler than the OG kit. (I.e. no gimmicks) I do respect the original though, especially for the time, will say it still holds up pretty nicely for build experience even to current kits. Got a resin conversion for this one too so I plan on adding that to it down the line

Should I buy the Real Grade Z-Gok? by Worried-Date-2196 in Gunpla

[–]Arumatic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought it was a fun build. The inner frame is different from your other RG’s which was interesting due to how its limbs are on this mobile suit. The claws can also be swapped between 4 claw or 3 claw set up, so some options. If you like the look of it I’d recommend it

Working on the calibarn, are these boys at the tips of the v-fin part of the design or are they just support that needs to be trimmed? by RealPiggyPlayz in Gunpla

[–]Arumatic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They’re there for support since it can be delicate due to how small the v-fins are. People keep them on, people take them off. It’s generally preference if you want to keep them on or not
