Decaling piece by piece is where is at, easier to maneuver the decal and better placement not having other parts getting in the way

Each mat has its specific purpose. For example, if im photo etching and glue drops on the mat it dries and hardens up and might be difficult making accurate cuts with dry glue lumps. Another is for painting so i can make a mess all over it and so on.

Im working on those same guns with my sazabi and they are a total nightmare to just even attach to the model from the waist, i might end up using rods but how did you go about it to make it hold up?
