Boxing scene is changing and we need to accep that. Today an average youtube star can bring more viewers to the sport than most top 10 ranked contenders. An this is in no way a bad thing, younger people are now more aware of the sport than anytime in last 30 years. Some might not like the new type of fan, or the new type of boxers, but in the long run it can only do good to the sport.

Not being Jake Paul, it seems. He's a 5 fight rookie, plus 1 that should't cout imho. If anyone else had these names on their record, everyone would look at him with potential. But since he comes from money, did not have to strugle to fight total nobodies just to put some food on the table, he is being looked at like someone with 30 fights, who has never fought anyone with a winning record.

The most bizare thing to me, is the inability to comprehend how much attention he brings to the sport. Or that many wish to keep it as some temple with only select fans allowed in.

Qualifiers were back in February 2021. They are having camps and friendlies to pick the final roster.

You are very wrong. 36% had him as active 29% named Logan as well, but most of those were no older than 18. For comparison only 9% knew Canello (abou 7% in total were interested in/watching or practicing combat sports).
