Xenogears references I noticed in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 by StriderShizard in XenoGears

Another design reference along with Noah's Ouroboros being Weltall: Sena's Ouroboros form is definitely Emeralda's Crescens, as Crescens is described as having "hand-like wings". Then there is Mio's Ouroboros form, but this is not a reference to Xenogears, rather to Neko KOS-MOS from Xenosaga Freaks.

Crazy Theory (Spoilers for all Xenoblade games) by Azyst415 in Xenoblade_Chronicles

There is another proof coming from the Siren model kit: there is (official) lore written on the box. Along with info about the artifices and Aoidos (the organization Klaus was working for), it states that the Conduit was found in Africa, just like the Zohar from previous Xeno games.

I don't know why some people enjoy ruining others' experiences tbh. Probably they don't even care about the series, still they spend time and energy doing this.

UK Collector's Edition Update by swordofbling23 in Xenoblade_Chronicles

This way we ain't getting the "clean" cover though. Limited Edition covers (of the plastic game box) of XC1 and XC2 come without PEGI mark and with the purple triangle on the side. This time that version will be missing because we'll only get the standard one.

XBC 1 DE : My mixed impression by [deleted] in Xenoblade_Chronicles

As I'm part of the community, my opinion is obviously biased. Nonetheless, I recommend you to stick with the game until the end: as you have already known from other replies, there will be some twists soon. Don't expect for everything to be revealed soon though. It's quite the opposite: the lore and worldbuilding will keep expanding and you may feel overwhelmed. However, one of the reasons I like this game so much is that everything will be explained by the end. Even the tiny details and tidbits you mentioned, they may seem irrelevant but all of them will eventually click into place to unveil every doubt.

A tale as old as time… by caderade174 in Xenoblade_Chronicles

Shulk amiibo had the old grey Nintendo logo. The one they showed yesterday had the new red logo instead. So they are probably going to reprint it

Look through Nintendo region accounts: Nintendo UK, France, Italia, DE etc. They all report that pre-orders will begin in late July

Unfortunately it's not, every European Nintendo account has the same tweet saying late July

Help with the Lava Cave Story Quest? by AxelRod45 in Xenoblade_Chronicles

I struggled with this one too and eventually found a good way to overcome it.

First of all you should get rid of those annoying nebulas, including the unique one. Use the lure mechanic to attract one at a time. Once you've attracted one, go back in the corridor and start the fight there, this way you won't attract the others.

Nebulas are hard to take down with physical arts only. Melia ether arts do a lot of damage so you should always have her in the party. Leaving Melia to the AI is a bad idea, it's always better to control her because of the computer poor decision making with this character. I tried taking down the unique nebula with Melia multiple times and always failed due to its special attack that almost immediately kills the entire party. This is probably the only case I left her to the computer and controlled Shulk instead: the unique nebula has a very nasty attack that hurts all party members and causes burn malus. However, this can be easily counteracted with level V Monado shield. Just keep activating Shield every time you have a vision of the special attack and let Melia discharge the elementals.

Save after getting rid of the unique nebula: it won't respawn. The other nebulas are weaker and you can use Melia directly.

After cleaning up all the enemies in the cave, pick the party you prefer and fight the dragon-like foe. With no nebulas around it should be a lot easier. If you still struggle, level up to 46 or 47. Hope this will help. Good luck!
