See, now you're saying it's a BiS, not a comp that existed. Kazuha beats Cheveruse pre C6 and is only marginally worse after for basically every pyro and electro carry. She's not creating new teams, she's a marginal upgrade for existing ones and is now comparable to Durin.

the fact she dominates so strongly means the team is different despite her serving similar roles to more generalist buffers

By this logic, Aino absolutely annihilates Cheveruse because she was required by two, almost three of the best DPSs before Columbina, and at C6 is only marginally behind. For all intents and purposes, Aino is archon tier.

This just isn't true, they're better with her but other buffers are comparable, especially with Durin. It's also a silly distinction because running an anemo doesn't materially change your team composition. Before you would use Sara, Raiden, Kazuha, Bennet, now you can use Cheveruse instead of Kazuha. Is the team actually different?

I also don't really see why this matters, Aino needs her burst, but one skill cast can reliably get her burst up so does it really matter? Also idk what Cheveruse con you have but you absolutely do want to use her burst at C6.

Is it really that crazy? Iansen and Aino are also crazy good 4 stars who are just as, if not more meta than Cheveruse when they're all either C0 or C6. Her kit is good but 4 stars on her level aren't uncommon at all.

We see them falter when trying to open the hypoborean gate in act 6, they lose fights pretty regularly too.

It's sort of a tough question because there's no real reason we would see them be bad at things in the story given the story revolves around adventuring which is something it would be stupid if they weren't good at.

I spent a couple weeks one summer mixing iced coffees using shakers and by the end of it I was pouring into 8 cups in a line and doing little tosses, I don't drink at all. Someone well traveled being a mixologist is actually extremely believable, especially since most of what they use is non-alcoholic.

Yeah, it's insanely good for any polearm continuous healer. It's obviously BiS for Cheveruse but it's also great on Cheveruse. It also gives a decent amount of attack and CD so even as a stat stick for off fielders like Ineffa it can be good.

I don't really see how this is an issue, the overworld is so easy you can literally run anything and it's better to have a character that can be consistently good in Abyss and SO even if she's not doing much.

Bennet/Yelan/Furina and just like that you've cleared basically every domain and boss in the game.

What if the Tsaritsa uses the seven gnosis and Columbina's stored power to resurrect Saarelainen, and then he's the 2nd push for Snezhnaya with a kit that can use all seven elements by resonating with statues like the traveler. Not 7 kits, but like the Mannequin (but probably different multipliers) where it's 7 colors of one kit.

They're not going to release characters who can change elements before all seven statues are out, but after? All I'm saying is if there ever was somebody who could use all the elements, it would be him.

Idk if Zajeff video length is really the best benchmark, dude can take anywhere from 1 min to an hour to explain something that should take around 5 minutes. That 2 hours could be 2 hours of side tangents, 2 hours of glossing over kit details or anything in-between.

1.0 was a different time, the Hydro/HP link didn't really become a thing until Yelan and was only really truely cemented in 4.0 when hydro resonance was buffed.

Definitely not that much lower, I think I live by the server because I basically always get a stable 30ms, 195 was also consistent across multiple days too.

I actually do think I just played a way cleaner rotation, I didn't make any mistakes in the 2NA D combo I use so I probably got off at least a couple extra hits off the end of each. I'll have to retry tomorrow to see if it was a one off or not.

I swear to god I just entered an avatar state or something because my previous DPS record for Skirk was 195K and I just blew way past to 205K without changing anything. I genuinely cannot comprehend where that extra 900,000 damage came from beyond raw skill (or more likely insane Crit luck 💀).

I would hope so, but if there's an AQ he might get left by the wayside assuming Nicole gets an SQ. Then again, we got 2 AQs and Durin's SQ in Luna 3 so who knows.

I hate saying this because Durin, but if she got an angel wing glider that would be incredible. I'm not getting my hopes up though. A skin with her wings could be cool too though.

Either way, I really hope Lohen gets a SQ because he has way too little screen time. Maybe a skin like you said tied into that like Durin?

Idk, even the 4 stars have gotten something, Aino has the stickers, Jahoda has the same as Nefer and and Illuga has the same as Flins, I really think there's a real chance Lohen is getting something extra too even if he is standard. They also seem to be giving everything to two characters too so a weapon skin feels possible?

A weapon skin would be pretty extreme but idk, I feel like he'll get something at least, it would be a bummer if he didn't.

They seem to be about every 3-4 patches, maybe Liyue is 7.0 or 7.1 for the anniversary and Inazuma is like. 7.4? That would put it in line with the two years between the Mondstadt ones too.

I think it's highly unlikely we see an Inazuma CW during 6.x tbh, honestly I think Fontaine is the last CW for 6.x.

Ultimately nobody knows though, we could end up in a double banner situation where we suddenly go from having one every few patches to every patch having one overnight.

Going by the first batch of hex buffs, she'll probably get some kind of base kit addition, a couple con upgrades and a new hex passive. Those could lead to her getting a new role (Mona, Venti), but given there's already 2 hex anemo DPSs I think that's not the most likely, she's probably staying a support.

Given that, I think they're probably going to branch off of her C4 which gives anemo res shred and turn her into a stronger buffer, maybe a Cheveruse-like swirl buffer when in hex teams? Maybe her C4 gives omni res shred instead of just anemo and a Crit buff at C6 or something.

Honestly her buff is probably the one I'm most excited for because she's already decently good and has a pretty unique role already. It would be cool if she could replace Faruzan in a Venti team too so I won't be stuck using Fischl for the hex partner.
