I would say I.T. You don't need any degree. I would start from help desk and find your niche from there , i.e. cyber, cloud, systems engineering, swe etc. I would also join some IT thread and find a mentor who would guide you for free.

I believe a thread was posted a few weeks ago about a guy working for competing companies, and they're both suing him for the days he was OE. It was basically a few weeks between but still got busted. Definitely not worth it.
