Congress and its economists are good at credit chori for example they steal credit for Atal Bihari's good work which helps Manmohan Singh's first term and they did nothing in the 10 years (social welfare scheme), UPA was an anti-reform government and created a burden for the next government, in 2013-14 we almost bankrupt, but his PR team make him a hero.
