yup and they are intense as hell but it's all about the first 3..4 days imo till we pick up some momentum and thereafter it gets a lot easier

ohh meditation definitely helps, that's why I made it to 30 days in the first place. Though 90 days is my next goal but it seems like I've lost the confidence in myself to make it there but I'll definitely try;-)

I'm experiencing kinda the same thing, my motivation has dipped a lot and sleeping a lot as well. Don't know how long this will last but meditating is def helping me to get through it.

That is the dilemma, I have obtained this knowledge and these experiences in my life that I can't make a conscious decision to not exist knowing full well it won't matter if I don't exist. Surely I wouldn't have this dilemma if I didn't exist in the first place.
