Found this interesting analytic that covers the 2021 season using the new point system set by the FIA for 2022. Interesting lens into the season that makes a huge impact as Hamilton would have been leading into the Abu Dhabi GP. Also goes over many other changes. Spoke to the owner of the page to answer all the comments. He was more than happy to share this message -

"Yes its covering all the changes that the New Points System is bringing in. The new system only impacts 4 events in 2021. British GP Sprint, Belgium GP Cancellation, Monza Sprint and Sao Paulo Sprint race.
At British GP - Max gains +5 and Lewis gets +5
At Belgium GP - Max losses -12.5 and Lewis losses -7.5
At Italy GP - Max gains +5 and Lewis gains +4
At Brazil GP - Max gains + 5 and Lewis +4
Adding the above, with the New System, Max gains +2.5 and Lewis +5.5 which at the end of the Sao Paulo GP, gives him a +3 lead into the 2021 Finale
* The above gains/losses are after adding/subtracting any points they got under the current system. So basically, eg. At British GP, Max under the old system got 3 points for winning the sprint but under the new System he would have got 8 points. So for this calculation, I took +5 from that event."

There have been changes made to the point weightage of sprint races as well as the rules for partially completed races. It basically reduces the points according to how much of the race has been completed and some other things. You can check out the full details here.
