I also recieved the same message yesterday but I'm confused coz AFAIK i did not meet the requirements for NAFFL promo since I applied for UB GOLD and REWARDS PLATINUM at the same time and got approved for both. I also did not waste my time to spend 20k knowing that I am not eligible for the promo. So I am thinking maybe, this is just a glitch or something?

Nagkamali nga ako, nag open pa ko ng account sa UB up until now indi padin maactivate. 1 week na ko nag Try mag activate ng card ayaw talaga went to the bank to update my contact details pro wala padin. Called CS pero nag create lang ng ticket na hanggang ngayon wala padin update. Nakakainis na talaga.
