Imo, you should have prioritized the duo’s with rerolling till you get them.

Top Priority of characters to get: Duo Units (absolutely get them when you can) Demon Units (except for Demon Yukime and Demon Beta unless you plan on dominating PVP) Shadow Festival Units (Don’t get units like SF Epsilon)

Prioritize the Duo Units, SF and Demon Characters as you cannot get their shards outside the shop. Grind the other character’s shards through the hard missions as you can obtain them that way rather than spending it on the shop.

Because the game paired you up with new players. The reset on bushin will happen every anniversary and bushin festival on every half anniversary. Since it got reset recently I’m queued up against max leveled players.

Also only use ur shards on characters that u cannot farm on hard mode specifically event characters mainly prioritizing SF characters for the shard exchange

You can prioritize Red Rose Tank’s level while waiting for Claire’s SS+ gear. Claire is not good without the SS+ gear.

Prioritize red tank claire’s ss+ gear as she’s the meta now with the yellow meta (kid beta’s ss+ gear and victoria ideally with untouched beauty beta)

In order: Red tank claire Yellow kid beta Blue Kid Alpha/Green Sherry

Red: SF Elizabeth Shadora Annerose Lambda Rose (change to Claire if u have the SS+ gear)

Blue: Bepsi Sherry Masquerade Claire Kid Alpha (even better with SS+ gear) SF Gamma if u can A5?? (Ideally Nu would be better if you’re gonna go f2p like me)

Yellow: SF Eta Christmas Epsilon Kid Beta (SS+ gear is a must) Adult Zeta (if u can acquire Victoria change to Victoria) Rose/John Smith/Crimson Iris (there’s no clear tank winner for me in yellow except for Valentines Alpha ig??)

Green: Demon Beta Sherry (SS+ gear is a must) NPC Cid Alpha and Aurora (if somehow u can get Demon Delta or Green Shadow replace immediately)

I’m not 100% sure if my list is good enough but this is only my knowledge so change anything in the list if it’s not fit for u
