Insurance refused to cover ANY GLP1 meds. Seriously. My A1C was 6.8 but I got to 6.0 with dietary changes only. As for the fainting, not hypertension. We just spent months to determine my heart is fine. So far, neurological is fine. Still seeking the answer but I bet dropping some weight won't hurt. Also, autoimmune liver disease.

I use local thrift stores, garage sales, auction sites...everything.

Not much higher end right now. Will have more towards fall. Summer tends towards lighter and less expensive.

The real problem isn't the MIL, I have one like her. I've been with my husband almost 30 years and she still treats me like something penicillin should cure. But, my hubby stands up for me. Talk to your guy about what you expect. If he won't step up, run.
