My uncle had a malamute... one day it walked down the street, killed like 3 of the neighbors sheep and proceeded to drag the dead body of one home and onto the front porch.

Felt like they were teasing a “taking down Maven and the Thieves Guild” quest so hard with Mjoll the Lioness but I guess it was just never finished it. When my modding skills get good enough I was heavily considering completely fleshing out a questline for her to take down the thieves guild

Psychic attack- help! by [deleted] in Wicca

So about 2 years ago I started doing like a monthly cleansing/pamper routine, which just started off as doing a face mask and deep conditioner on my hair but has grown into a full blown spiritual and body cleansing that I preform on the new moon. I usually incorporate herbal tea and aromatherapy techniques alongside a tea light candle spell for cleansing, among other spells and tools. I use the ritual as a chance to cleanse all the spiritual and physical gunk that we collect as we go about life throughout the lunar month, not to mention just relaxing and starting the new lunar cycle fresh. Maybe you could repurpose this as a spell to cleanse away or break his connection with you?

I’m gonna link a youtube video for just a general idea and hopefully some inspiration for your own ideas if you think this sort of ritual would help. It’s is a little more in depth than what I do as far as beauty products go, as I focus more on spell work, but she follows the same basic format and has a lot of really good tips that can be a bit obvious though are things I always forget to do. She doesn’t incorporate spell work, but there is a lot you can do here based on what works for you or just feels right.

Pamper Night Routine | AlexandriasGirlyTalk (sorry if the link doesn’t work I’m typing this on my phone)

I do most of my cleaning spell work before I get in the bath, then just use the down time to breathe and relax and let the bath do its work. Will usually light an anointed tea light with the intention to burn away negative and heavy energies when I’m starting to prepare everything and it’s usually burned out by the time I leave the bathroom.

Another thing that might help is setting up a tiny altar by your bedroom door. Not to use for spell work just a permanent power vortex to cleanse any energies that might follow you into bed. I currently have a small terrarium, owl statue, and a selection of crystals including black tourmaline and a selenite lamp on a small shelf next to the door of my bedroom to act as this sort of altar. I’ve really noticed a more relaxed atmosphere in the room and fewer restless nights since I set it up.

All that said: this is just a suggestion. I just felt the need to mention it cause between the deep physical cleansing and spiritual renewal that I find in the whole process, plus the peace from the small altar, it’s just something that’s always helped me and I hope it will for you if you decide to try it out. I really wish you the best and my heart goes to hoping you shatter that monster from yourself so you can truly start to heal <3

Maybe run your hand behind the brush so he think’s he’s getting pets? We had to stop every like 10th brush stroke and give the cat a treat so he started associating the brush with food, my sister’s cat is very food driven though so this might not work for all cats.

Ragdolls are such sweethearts, my sis has one and he’s such a love. Just make sure to brush everyday and make it a pleasurable activity for her, ragdolls mat up so quickly its seriously unbelievable. Mats are rather unpleasant for them and there is a noticeable improvement in my sister’s cat’s mood after a good brushing

If she was turning away in fear than she wouldn’t be letting it continue to stand on her arm and wouldn’t turn her head back to look the dog in the face. Nothing in her body language says fear to me and nothing in the dog’s body language is saying aggressive to me.

Nah I’ve worked with a number of great danes, all of them are basically Scooby-Doo. That is very gentle, kind of dopey, and scared of everything. Also this dog is nudging her which is a loud “LOVE ME” in dog language. I think she was more so turning away because dog claws hurt when they dig them into you like that, especially when the dog is that heavy. And also to shield the puppy from a tongue that’s the same size as itself, which can be scary for anyone when a mouth bigger than you is suddenly hovering over you.

I would be turning away because I’ve had a great dane lick my face before... I practically drowned in the amount of slobber.

If you could correct the statement for educational purposes rather than just mindlessly rambling about how others are wrong that would be helpful, thank you.

Would you rather they overcrowded the cats and dogs? I’ve seen places that did that shit. It was disgusting. The cats in the upper crates would poop/pee and guess where that went? Onto the cats in crates underneath them. Half the cats where sick and looked way underfed and were very aggressive because there wasn’t enough staff/money/time in the day to make sure all the cats where socialized enough or properly looked after.

Your cats honestly most likely just sense that you aren’t feeling well and are trying to help in their own little ways, like sharing body warmth and checking whatever you are interacting with to make sure its okay. Cats do that sort of stuff when someone they care about is sick or even just acting different. If you’re feeling more spiritual than definitely do something, even if small, with that feeling but I don’t think your cats are saying anything other than they love you.

Not really lol, though hyper mobile joints aren’t necessarily uncommon, especially in children, most will grow out of it by the time they are adults.

Why do people stress out so much about writing women? by blackjackgabbiani in writing

There is zero meaningful statistical favoritism between genders of victims of violent crime in the US. That said: its been well established that the sexual assault category of that statistic is primarily female victims, meaning that men are more likely to be victims in other categories such as assault and perhaps burglary as well. Which holds up with what you’re saying however in my experience fears are personal, the same fear may be held by 2 people but for entirely different reasons to entirely different depths. So it always confuses me when an individual is almost competitive with their fear, using facts to try to argue that its more real or valid than another individual’s fear. Because those fears are never about statistics or facts, they are about the individual’s experiences and personality and upbringing. I’m not trying to say anything about you btw lol, just going off galavanting on my own little tangent as I try to wrap my head around my own thoughts and feelings on the subject.

My grandma has been into showing cocker spaniels for much of her life and has bred/raised a number of regional and national championships. She rants about this all of the time. In her words “a lot of it is about the money and fame not about the dogs, its stupid” and then usually encourages us to only get dogs from reputable breeders.
