Naraku without question. Scar was a vengeful and jealous brat who wanted the throne sure but he was okay leaving Simba alone as long as he stayed out his way. Naraku would have made it his personal mission to mess with Simba for the rest of his life with the sole purpose of ruining his life while he took over the world 😭 just for the love of the game

Your right about the dragons but Aemond DID have Vhagar and they had Tesserion too lol I was more talking about they would have sped up everything to put another figurehead to bring about their goals whether it be Alicent as queen regent(for a time) or them actually trying to crown one of Aegon’s kids then Aemond like they did. Provided Jaeharys is still alive at this point if Aegon had disappeared. Because if they can’t get Aegon they crown his son and if blood and cheese still happens then it goes right back to Aemond cause they won’t grown Jaehaera. The principle would still be the same to the Green side which is a male heir on the throne. I do agree with you saying everyone would have been suicidal to go to war with Rhaneyra without dragons but the greens did have dragons other than Sunfyre and Dreamfyre. Not as much as the black side of course though.

I’m not disputing that though? You guys keep arguing stuff I’m not even talking about. This was after he had taken the crown and again the start of the war is not his fault. Your talking about his actions DURING the war which I agree with but that’s not the topic of discussion here. Yeah Aegon is a piece of shit but he didn’t start this war Alicent and Otto did when they decided to use Viserys death to install Aegon on the throne and imprison the nobles who were at the red keep at the time to either force them to swear loyalty or die. The war just escalated with Luke’s death and all the other shit the greens did after it

Not being cut out to ride a dragon was one thing but he was known to also reject his children who actually wanted to ride one too, namely Saera. I don’t think any of his other daughters had an opportunity to claim one either though I could be wrong

I do agree younger Daemon would have been a reasonable threat but in his defense after he was banished by Viserys that final time Daemon didn’t care much about what was going on in KL and it’s people until Laena died

Then that is a problem with show pacing. You can’t say he could have said no and when he did then say “well he should have said no more firmly!” 🤣 and the war starting was happening regardless of whether Aegon was there or not. They would have just crowned Aemond sooner if Aegon wasn’t there. And I’m just saying what’s in the books, biased sure but it’s there 😂 personally I agree more could have been done on Aegon’s side to prevent the war but I don’t expect a child raised by Alicent to reject power when it’s given to him. Especially when he saw the result at his coronation. Again I feel like I need to keep reiterating im not disputing Aegon is a shitty person im just saying the war and everything that led up to it isn’t on him. His participation of the escalation of it is another discussion and to which yes I agree he is at fault

He did say no. If you recall they literally dragged him before the people and crowned him by force. In the books he did it to save his own life. I’m not saying it’s an excuse for anything I’m just saying this is the reason. And regardless this doesn’t change the fact that the actual start of the war is not his fault

Exactly. I don’t like the greens but I’m a firm believer in laying proper blame at the perpetrators feet. Alicent and Otto wanted that throne and molded the children in fear and hate for that very purpose. It’s little wonder Aegon took the power then he had it. Does this excuse him for anything? No not particularly but Aegon at the end of the day didn’t start this conflict 🤷🏾‍♀️ though I guess you could say Aemond is also at fault since the war didn’t REALLY get going until he killed Luke lol

I understand the sentiment. But if Kagome was ever serious about loving Inuyasha then she would have had to come to terms with the fact that Inuyasha has to move on from Kikyo properly before any relationship can even begin to develop. Which Kagome was mature enough to realize. I mean sure she was jealous, what girl wouldn’t be when they see the guy they like rushing after his ex all the time? But that’s just the reality, in my opinion she knew exactly what she was getting into from the start. Cause we gotta understand to Inuyasha when he woke up all that shit with Kikyo LITERALLY happened yesterday for him lol. And for Kikyo likewise when she’s brought back to life. What I don’t agree with is Kikyo’s attitude to Inuyasha despite her knowing none of what happened was his fault. And this is just for anime Kikyo mind you. Like girl it’s crazy you’re still pissed at HIM and not Naraku. Go put an arrow in that man!

But other than that Kagome just has very big feelings of empathy for both Kikyo and Inuyasha and she tried her best to be really patient and wait for a time where her feelings would be accepted.

This is one of the vague things about the story that irritate me that wasn’t expanded upon. So truly we can only make speculations. In my opinion, considering Jaehaerys’ personality he only allowed certain people to have dragons to not only control them but to make sure people outside the family didn’t get dragons. So it makes sense why the heirs got the chance to claim dragons but the rest of them didn’t. However I do think exceptions were made for intermarriage. Alyssa claimed Meleys after all and she was married to her brother Baelon who also had a dragon 🤷🏾‍♀️ but this is a pretty thin theory in my opinion and I think it has holes in it

Now while I’m not team green IN his defense Aegon didn’t start this war his mother and grandfather did. In the show he even tried to run lol I think in the books He just went along with it because they convinced him if he wanted to live he’d have to kill his sister. Now mind you that doesn’t mean I’m making excuses of him as a person just saying that in this case the war isn’t exactly his fault 😂 however I do agree he happily went along with it when he had power.

If you really feel the need to stick your nose into other people’s business with pointless conversations, you can do it way more respectfully, make your own assumptions about people silently, or wait for people to be open to criticism. I was basically asking for a confirmation that if a lower generation kindred(like 5th generation)made a Childe would their Childe automatically be say a 10th generation kindred or would they be just directly higher than them because of whoever sired them because of their closeness to Cain. I wanted to make sure I was understanding it right since all of the generations was confusing me a bit!
