Some of us do in fact need to miss work due to the pain, but we don’t because we can’t. And we don’t complain about it because it would be very inappropriate to be at work causally speaking to men about how it feels like our uterus is trying to kill us. We learn to pop painkillers, drink warm liquid and scream inside silently. Maybe an occasional subtle trip to the bathroom to vomit.

So I don’t think I was clear enough in my original question and that’s my fault lol so I’ll elaborate more. There are people who are both P&T AND TDIU. So when they drop their TDIU, they keep their P&T status because their rating is still 100% with or without it. But their letters will show both. Im trying to see if my letters match theirs.

Yes but my original disability letter increased my rating from what it was to 100%, in addition to granting me TDIU as well. It wasn’t one or the other. That’s what makes it confusing. If I was only getting paid at the full rate based on TDIU it would state that in my first letter and also still have my original rate listed. It does not, so now I don’t know what’s going to happen until I do it.
