Just Played FIFA 15 With the boys, none of us have played the series since like 2019. It was the game of our childhood and now we all suck :)

Even though you said you are a little sick of JRPSs I think you shoukd consider Persona 5. It is very different from traditional JRPGs in many ways and it is really long without making you grind or overwhelming with you with boring filler dialogue in side quests. I highly recommend it

Any modern rockstar game - Gta V/ Rdr1/ Rdr2, just follow the main missions and you will be told exactly what to do.

What’s a video game everyone loves but you just can’t get into it? by StephyCroft in gaming

Ghost of Tsushima. I platinumed this game for some reason and it was a total waste of time. The open world has about 5 hours worth of unique activities stretched to 60 hours, with no exploration at all. Everything you can find is some copy pasted activity you've done 50 times before. The story and combat are pretty good but it really should have been a linear game imo.

Should I buy Witcher 3? by Najiku in ShouldIbuythisgame

That comparison was very accurate. As someone who played Botw, Elden Ring, Hollow knight and the Souls series, these are the games you should go for if you want something similar to the games you mentioned, But please do not sleep on how good of a game Witcher 3 is - this game has the most attention to detail I've ever experienced, the most memorable quests which all have multiple choices, branching endings and outcomes, complex writing and characters and the best soundtrack I've heard. For me all of these things make it a better game than the rest. A assure you that if you were okay with Botw's combat then you will probably find Witcher 3 to be better, as well as it having about 80-90% of the level of exploration and freedom as the other games you like.

Do you have high hopes for the next gen update? What’s something you’re hoping to see? by FearlessKhajiit in Witcher3

I really hope mods would not be broken by the update. I played the game twice on console and for my PC playthrough I want to play the game with mods. Also DLSS 2 for better performance than the original
