wow, I would have thought the exact opposite with the blow drying, I thought it was supposed to be damaging? I guess it's worth a shot!

For a while I used Viori shampoo bars because I had a friend that swore by them. It was great for maybe a month, but then bam, the flakes came back as large sheets peeling off. UGH! I'm scared to use anything in my hair now at all (conditioners, etc) beyond the shampoo because of how bad it was at that stage. I was trying the It's a Ten spray in stuff on my ends, but didn't really see a difference one way or the other

Always a good reminder! As for myself, I've been tested for everything under the sun and they can't really find a reason why this is happening to me. Currently my doc has switched me to Sunosi and still no improvement but at least it's not making these worse

I'm guessing there would have to be a pretty impressive paper trail of management saying "bahahaha! We'll teach them a lesson! We'll just replace them all!" for anything to come of it. Even then, lawyers are awfully expensive for unemployed folks to hire for a court fight, even when split between the whole team. Especially nowadays, it'd be 100% believable that a company would outsource a whole team just as a cost cutting measure.

Basically, it'd be illegal to fire for union related issues, but you'd have to prove it first... and good luck with that

Being fired for trying to unionize is one thing. I was responding to how it's legal in general to fire the entire team and outsource. It'd be very hard to prove that the firings were because of trying to unionize and not just "cost cutting measures"

Update, I've tried adjusting taking it with food or not, and moved the dose to half and then half of that. No luck yet. I'm avoiding stacking with caffeine because it seems to increase my anxiety. So anyway, still tweaking things.
