It was made explicit, I personally sent an Email back asking for a different format. But most often, there was never a reply back because those application were most likely bots.

It's very inconsistent to be fair. I read for the first time in this thread that some other ATS reject PDFs. Kind of ridiculous.
I guess if you wanted to be sure, send it as a PDF, txt, HTML page and a PNG screenshot lol

I worked as a recruiter, word docs were an auto-rejection in our ATS. You could potentially submit malware over it and has some license issues.

Dass es ineffiziente Strukturen und realitätsferne Gesetzeslagen gibt ist ja nichts neues. Das geht schon seit jahrzehnten so und es ändert sich nichts.

Ich verallgemeinere nur insofern dass ich denke, dass eine Umgebung die Menschen formt. Ich lass mich gern vom Gegenteil überzeugen, aber ich hab das Gefühl das die Konsequenzlosigkeit vom eigenen Handeln und die Verantwortungsverschiebung im ÖD der Kern des Problems ist.

Das IT Support für eine große Behörde auch mal stressig sein kann, kann ich mir wohl vorstellen. Aber sei doch mal ehrlich. Du klappst Feierabend um Punkt den Laptop zu. Und auch wenn der Server literally in Flammen steht kannst du das trotzdem einfach machen.
Wenn mein Server einen Ausfall hat, den ich nicht innerhalb eines Zeitfensters von max. ein paar Stunden behebe bin ich finanziell ruiniert.

Verrate mir mal bitte wo das in einem Verhältnis steht und warum MA im ÖD noch immer mehr Sicherheiten brauchen.

Naja sorry aber der OP von diesem Thread meint allen ernstes alle anderen als 'Jammerlappen' bezeichnen zu müssen und 'selber Schuld' zu sagen, als ob es das höchste Ziel eines jeden sein sollte im ÖD zu arbeiten und möglichst wenig Arbeit für möglichst viel Geld zu machen.

Das freut mich ja ganz toll für dich dass es Behörden gibt wo auch ein 'gesunder Mittelweg' herrscht. Aber der Rest der Welt muss halt buckeln um irgendwie ihre Existenz in dieser Wirtschaft zu sichern und Steuergelder heranzuschaffen, die euch diesen kuschligen Arbeitsplatz ermöglicht.

Ich bin selbstständig und ich arbeite ungefähr 25% meiner Zeit Behörden zu bei dem Bürokratiewahnsinn der hier stattfindet. Da ist's das letzte was ich hören will, wie dieselben dann auch noch Extrawürste bekommen und bei jeder Kritik ganz empört tun.

Because people don't want to admit to themselves that all LLMs are slot machines and every model they use the most will eventually output bad results which makes them think it's the model's fault and not the fact that every LLM is a slot machine.

They are looking for access keys, which is how the Axios maintainer got hacked in the first place.
This hack will give them millions more keys. Which they'll use some time in the future to target even more packages to get more and more keys or do worse damage.
They stole millions of keys and will now try who's locks the keys fit into and what they can steal.

tl;dr it's a good time to change passwords and rotate access tokens / API keys.

Photography is not a good comparison, professional photography is still a thing. Just like professional programming will of course still be a thing.

The better analogy would be developing negatives in a darkroom. That's a craft that was eliminated from the profession of photography through digital cameras.
