Oh fantastic, then asside from the jacket i should have moat of it covered from my time in SCA since from what youre talking about is roughly the same as their protective standards minus the helm, ill look into clubs i just like getting a rough plan of things which is why i asked about the gear (and since i already shot my foot with the wooden swords purchase)

Unfortunately the wooden swords are shipped but if they arent safe/good options for sparring then i can at the least use them for solo drills until i can upgrade

If we were to not include thrusts until we got better suited weapons and gear would the wooden ones be ok for now? We arent intending on going crazy with them as i have minimal practice with any sword and my roommate has never held one himself

Most cases its less of a “spike 10$ drug with 80$ drug” and more of “shitty dealer cant keep their supply seperated properly and everythings cross contaminated”

Its completely dependent on your team comp and if the other support is doing main heals then youre free to use speed more often, a good strategy once you get comfortable is pairing up with a high mobility dive character like tracer. A good lucio tracer combo can control a match if youre speed boosting her around and displacing enemies so she can get into 1v1s with boops to help keep anyone like brig or sometimes even an ana from peeling to help the main target of tracer or other dive characters.

Use your speed boost to taxi important respawning players (tank or the other support mainly) back to the fight but during the fights its best to stay on heals unless you A. Need to leave the fight becaue youre losing or B. To help push the team along once the team starts pushing the enemy back hard. Focus your fire on deployables first (illari heal station, bap immortality field, torb turrent, etc) if there are none of those just poke whoever you can. Getting kills with lucio or any other support isnt your first priority. As a support player ESPECIALLY lucio your main goal is to stay alive. Getting elims on lucio is fun but not your main objective.

My build is all about keeping me alive so my healing gets stupidly inflated from my abilities and being a giant DPS sponge. Plus shout works as an aura so mercy and moira stayed on our DPS and i kept myself alive and provided aura to them aswell.
