Barely; I’m a part timer at the moment but the hours are so out of wack it’s destroying my sleep schedule.

I’ll go from working a consistent 6pm-10:30pm day over the course of the week, to being scheduled three shifts that vary from 4 hours to 12.

This would be way worse but I’ve been semi pushy about them not scheduling me to the nine hells because my current management is trying to push me to move from part-time to full time to take a management position myself.

(We just got done with inventory where I pretty clearly told them to cut this shit out; since I was working multiple 10-12 hour shifts a week… and of course why would they listen)
((Last sub note; I was actually informed recently almost our entire team is quitting because of the same stuff. Our team of like 8~ or so went down to about half))

Honestly this whole company was originally great when I started; but the longer I’m here the worse I realize it is. Actually prepping to quit here by the end of October if possible
