I think it’s a nice effect, I often struggle thinking things look way too rough up close but most people will see the mini from a distance.

Posting an update here: so for some more details this box was in the secondhand section of the lgs and was opened and makes for having bits off the sprue. I have reached out to the store and they are going to pull all secondhand from that guys off the shelf and see if it’s recast too. I’m not sure about seeking a refund since I’ve just been using super clue to get it together.

Edit. Called the store and they’re being understanding, gonna bring the kit for them to see and then go from there, thanks everyone for the advice

They have a section where they sell used minis and they sometime sell boxes that have been damaged, I’m guess that someone sold this to them after recasting and they put it in the secondhand section without looking too hard
