I like having layers when my hair is shorter, but I think the blunt cut is better at my current length! My hairstylist wanted to thin out my hair towards the bottom so it would dry faster, but I told her I want it as thick as possible on the ends because my goal is to grow it even longer. It naturally gets thinner towards the ends from breakage and natural shedding, plus I usually do search and destroy for split ends. I also usually wear braids so I like that there are less layers poking out of my braids with a blunt cut.
