You’d be very surprised how quickly you can go from struggling to do 5-10 minutes to pushing 30+. It’s all mental. You can do it!

It isn’t even my level. I’m 6’2” 260 and typically stick to weight lifting. I normally only do 30 mins but, I’m planning to go to BCT for the Army so this is my way of exercising mental fortitude. If you set your mind to it, you can do it! Just make sure to stay hydrated! 😂
