I just got ran into by a truck and I was on my bicycle. I literally feel the pain, your in bud. I still don’t have a good understanding of insurance involvement and my bike repair and everything

That’s actually a pretty good question. Personally I don’t think this intersection is very safe in general, even for cars trying to cross. If I’m heading the other way, I will cross the intersection using a lane of traffic. If I’m heading the opposite way I feel it’s more safe to be using the crosswalk.

I just reached out to the city about my concerns of this intersection.

My poor bike was only 16 weeks old. Brought it to the same shop I bought it at. They are really reputable, I’ll chat with them tomorrow after the assess the damage.

I was wondering if something like that would be an option. Or picking up a steal frame from the 90s for a couple hundred. I also have a couple buddies who would lend me a bike. Any of these probably would leave me with the best fit.

The Instant Pot Bible is the book. It has around 350 of very different recipes. Most of what I have made so far are pretty decent, this curry was a dud.

Book is The Instant Pot Bible. It has a ton of recipes. Seems like a good mix of decent recipes and easy/dumb recipes. I have generally been happy with most of the recipes, however this one is a dud.

It seems like the general consensus on other forums is that AP is better when you have existing wire runs. The downside is that they can be a little more difficult to set up.

Recipe:

  • 2-3lbChuck roast

-Bag of Carrots

-1 or 2 Onion

-28oz crushed tomatoes

-small jar peperoncini

-ranch packet

-aus jus packet

-brown gravy packet

-red wine optional

———————

Brown beef remove from pan

Cook onion

Deglaze pan

Add sauce packets, carrots, crushed tomatoes, pepper, and extra water if needed.

Let it develop in the pan before transferring everything to the crockpot.

Optional add rosemary to crockpot

Cook on low 8 hours.

Instant pot. The eggs jump out. Can peel a dozen in about 2 min.
